About me
I believe in “practice what you preach”. I’ve been practicing Pilates since 2014 and started to take the course in 2011. 2022 marks my 10th years of teaching. Other than that, I love doing Gyrotonics and Barre exercises. Lately, I am starting to explore Tennis and jogging.
All movements when they are done mindfully, will serve a greater benefit to our overall being in day to day life. How to do it mindfully? That’s something that I’m passionate to share about to you all in person or through my blog.
